The rules of the road.

By creating an account or using PressKitHQ, you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of an agency, label or company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use PressKitHQ.

You retain ownership of all biographies, images, audio files and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant PressKitHQ a limited license to store, process, arrange and use that content solely for the purpose of operating the service and generating your professional Press Kit PDF.

You are responsible for ensuring you own, or have permission to use, all uploaded images, logos, remixes, audio files and press materials.

PressKitHQ AI may help draft biographies, taglines and other text for the Press Kit PDF. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving and verifying the final text before exporting the PDF.

Don't upload content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or promotes hate. Don't reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, or use it to send spam.

We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your account dashboard at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 14-day refund on the first payment for any plan.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee zero downtime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your content.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, PressKitHQ disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

PressKitHQ's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of PressKitHQ Ltd.'s registered seat. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that seat.

We'll give you at least 14 days' advance notice before material changes (a notice period, not a support response time). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Current version: July 23, 2026.
